1. Tickets are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable and do not guarantee singer spot.
2. We will make sincere efforts to give singing spot to first Paid 30 Qualified Singers and If everything goes smooth without any problem.
3. Singer Incentive Scheme: A Qualified Singer buying in at least one extra Listener ticket will be considered for Singing Spot. A Qualified Singer who buys more than two Listener Tickets will get Prime Spot.
THEME Songs are preferred but not Mandatory.

Important:
1) Submitting Songs Registration Form does not guarantee Singing Spot or Song of your Choice. To get singer spot a singer ticket must be bought well in time.
2) Singer Sequencing is done as per our EBK sequencing algorithm which takes into consideration: (a) Kids & Seniors; (b) Health Constraints or unavoidable practical reasons; (c) EBK Cabinet Members; (d) Quality of Singing; (e) awards, laurels, recognition achieved in Music; (f) attendance at EBK Events.
3) Songs allocation is normally as per the Song Registration sequence. However, in the best interest of EBK & community, you may be required to change your song.
4) Singing in Sur & Taal is expected and preferred.
5) We may broadcast the Event Live on Social Media like Facebook/YouTube etc…
6) Photos & Videos of performers/attendees may be published on social media.
7) Event may be rescheduled/cancelled with or without notice.
8) Music Tracks/Songs: Please upload your track in mp3 or mp4 format to Google Drive Folder and also Bring your track on USB Drive/Phone/Tablet as back up.
9) If you want to use your own device to play your track, please bring your own connector suitable to be connected to RCA (1/8” or 3.5 mm) Male Cable.

Singers slots are limited so Register in time to avoid disappointment.
